Cell preservation solution is used to preserve and transport cells collected from the human body for in vitro analysis and examination only, not for therapeutic use. (Not for internal or external use)

Validation principle.

Potassium and sodium ions provide the necessary nutritional environment for cells, and proper buffer energy maintains the morphology of cells as much as possible, fully suspended and dispersed. Ethanol can fix the cell and virus structure, preserve the cell and virus morphology, avoid the lysis of cells by intracellular proteases and the digestion of nucleic acids by nucleic acid digesting enzymes, and preserve the integrity of proteins and nucleic acids, which can then be analyzed. Anticoagulants are used to introduce heavy metal ions in the chelate solution and prevent the agglomeration of cells. Ultimately, it is used to maintain the morphology and nucleic acid integrity of the preserved solution cells.

Method of use.

①. Before sampling, display the relevant sample information on the label of the sampling tube.

②. Sampling with a sampling swab.

③, after sampling, quickly put the sample sampling swab into the sampling tube with cell preservation fluid, break the end of the swab higher than the sampling tube and discard it, cover the tube with the cap

Product performance indicators.

①. The cell preservation solution is a colorless and transparent liquid. The surface must be clean, flat, clean, no deformation, dirt, leakage and other phenomena

②, the pH of the cell preservation fluid must be within the range of 7.0~7.6

③, the oral cells, nasal cells and other samples into the cell preservation fluid, the cell morphology is intact, no obvious shrinkage, swelling

Caution：

①、The product is used for in vitro diagnosis only.

②、After collecting cell samples by sampling swab, the head of the sample swab must be completely immersed in the sample preservation solution to preserve the cells as much as possible

③、If the amount of cells is found to be low during production, the sample volume can be increased appropriately

④.The sample must be fresh and fixed in time so that the cells do not dissolve by themselves.
