Oral swab collection, specific steps.
1. Prepare a medical swab (single-ended), reach into the mouth, repeatedly wipe the mucosa of both cheeks from the inside of the mouth (inside of the cheek) for more than 20 times, remove the swab and shade dry on clean white paper.
