2. Open the outer packaging and check the product to ensure that it is not damaged; use of damaged products is prohibited.
3. Disposable virus sampling tubes are only used for sampling of virus samples, and are strictly prohibited for sampling of bacterial samples, because the sampling solution itself contains antibiotics, which have an effect on bacteria.
4. It is prohibited to directly contact the patient's disposable virus sampling tube, and it is prohibited to wet swab sampling of patients.
5. Strictly follow the collection procedures for virus samples to ensure that the sampling site is accurate, uniform and appropriate, otherwise the positive virus isolation rate can be affected.
6. If virus sampling tubes are transported at inappropriate temperatures, this can lead to the proliferation of bacteria and mycobacteria. Antibiotics in the early sampling solution will completely control the microorganisms in the virus sample. The antibiotics in the sample should be further processed during virus isolation to prevent microbial contamination during virus isolation.
