Disposable virus sampling tubes can be used to collect, transport and store virus samples. This product is suitable for the preservation of pharyngeal swabs, nasal swabs or site-specific tissue samples after sampling, and the preserved samples can be used for subsequent clinical experiments such as nucleic acid extraction or purification.

Available in inactivated and classical (non-inactivated) models, different sets can be selected according to different requirements.

Classic model (non-inactivated model):Based on Hank's balanced salt buffer, virus stabilizing components such as BSA and HEPES are added, which can maintain virus activity in a wider temperature range, reduce the speed of virus decomposition and improve the positive rate of virus isolation; the combination of antibiotics can effectively prevent contamination by fungi and bacteria.

Inactivate money: add lysate and nucleic acid protectant to the preservation solution to inactivate virus samples and protect virus nucleic acid from degradation, which is conducive to subsequent sample nucleic acid extraction and analysis, effectively reducing aerosol contamination and lowering the risk of infection for medical personnel; it can be stored at room temperature for a longer period of time, saving the storage and transportation costs of virus samples.

Equipped with swabs: disposable virus sampling tubes can be equipped with disposable nylon fiber swabs according to different models. Compared with traditional fiber swabs, the sample is easily intercepted by the inner space of the fiber mass, i.e. the sample is penetrated, diluted and intercepted in the fiber. Nylon fiber swabs use a unique nylon fleece injection implantation technology with outstanding sample collection and release capabilities, with release rates up to 90%, much higher than fiber swabs.
