Method 1: Oral mucosa sampling

Oral mucosa sampling is easy and non-invasive, especially for infants and children, and is safe and does not cause unnecessary psychological stress to parents, and children are painless, non-invasive, safe, convenient and fast.

Specific sampling steps are as follows: Oral mucosa sampling precautions 1. 15 minutes before sampling must first wash the oral debris with water, do not eat, smoke, chew gum and drink water during the period.

2. After receiving the sampling kit, fill in the information on the information registration form and the informed consent form as required.

3. Please do not scrape into oral wounds, such as mouth ulcers.

4. The collection of qualified oral mucosal exfoliated cells is a prerequisite for the smooth performance of the genetic test. Please follow the sampling method we require to avoid unqualified samples that need to be resampled, thus affecting the process of your service.

Method 2: Saliva sampling by spitting

You can take a sample at home and send it back to our company for testing.

Specific sampling steps are as follows.

Saliva sampling precautions 1. 15 minutes before sampling, make sure to wash out the debris in the mouth with water, do not eat, smoke, chew gum and drink during the period.

2. After receiving the sampling kit, fill in the information on the information registration form and the informed consent form as required.

3. Make sure the outer packaging of the saliva collection tube is intact and check the preserved fluid in the saliva collection tube to make sure there is no leakage.

4. Before starting saliva collection, please relax your cheeks and gently massage your cheeks with your hands for 15-30 seconds to produce saliva.

5. Collecting enough saliva cells from the oral cavity is the prerequisite for a smooth genetic test, so please follow our required sampling method strictly to avoid unqualified samples and resampling, which may affect your service process.
