I. Main uses.

1. Used for sampling of infectious disease monitoring by disease control departments, clinical departments, food hygiene supervision, etc. Applicable to influenza virus (common influenza, highly pathogenic avian influenza, avian influenza H7N9 influenza, etc.), hand, foot and mouth virus and other types of virus sampling. Also suitable for chlamydia, mycoplasma, ureaplasma and other sampling.

2. For transporting nasopharyngeal swab specimens or site-specific tissue specimens from the sampling site to the testing laboratory, pending PCR nucleic acid extraction and testing. 3. For preserving nasopharyngeal swab samples or site-specific tissue specimens, pending the necessary cell culture.

3. Sampling liquid

①Our sampling liquid is produced in the fully automatic quantitative dispensing equipment in the class 100 operation space in the class 10,000 purification workshop, which ensures the sterility of the whole production process.

The γ-ray irradiated product also avoids the contamination of the preservation solution by Chlamydia, Mycoplasma and mold due to the production process control.

②Our company summed up the formula of preservation solution suitable for cell production and preservation through a large number of experiments on the effect of nutrients such as base solution, buffer system, protein stabilizer, cryoprotectant and amino acid on cells, which ensures the high efficiency of virus preservation and greatly improves the positive rate of virus culture.

③ Antibiotics, choose gentamicin and fungal antibiotics, better inhibit bacteria and fungi. Avoid the allergic reaction of human body which may be caused by penicillin in traditional sampling solution.

4. Sampling swab
