Before collecting oral swab samples, you should keep the inside of your mouth clean, you can rinse your mouth with water. Repeatedly wipe with a medical swab on both sides of the mouth, 15-20 times can be. The collected oral swab samples should be dried naturally in the shade and cannot be accelerated by other methods.
To ensure that sufficient DNA can be extracted from the collected oral swab samples, it is recommended that 3-5 swabs be collected. In addition to being well marked, the collector should place the sample in an envelope immediately after it is shade dried to avoid mold and mildew.
