Step 2.
Rotate the swab 2 to 3 times and hold the swab in place for 5 seconds to ensure maximum absorbency.
The strong capillary hydraulics between the nylon threads allows for maximum collection of the liquid sample.
Step 3.
Place the swab in the transport medium and break the shaft at the break point of the paint application.
The sample automatically elutes quickly because it is very close to the surface in a completely open structure.
This does not hinder the flow kinetics, so the entire sample is released.
