1. Reagent storage, stored at room temperature. It cannot be exposed to strong light conditions.

2. The reagent is valid for 12 months when stored at room temperature. Reagents that have not been used after opening are valid for 5 days.

3. Indication of reagent deterioration: There are signs of microbial contamination or obvious turbidity in the reagent, and the pH value is out of the range of 6.8-8.0.

Use method.

1、Before sampling, indicate the sample information on the label

2、According to different experimental purposes, use the sampling swab in the corresponding parts of the sampling

3、Specific sampling methods are as follows

a) nasal collection: the swab head gently inserted into the nasal cavity sampling, with another swab to collect another nasal sample in the same way the swab head immersed in the sampling fluid, breaking the tail

b) pharyngeal collection: use a swab to collect a sample from the throat, again, the swab head into the sampling fluid, break the tail.

6、If the sample preservation solution is found to be out of date, cloudy preservation solution, leakage and other phenomena, it is prohibited to use

Product features

1、 Sampling swab using flocked swabs.
