(1) Disposable virus sampling tubes are used for monitoring and sampling of infectious pathogenic microorganisms in CDC and hospital clinical departments. Applicable to influenza viruses (common influenza, highly pathogenic avian influenza, etc.). , hand, foot and mouth disease virus and other types of viruses, can also be used for sampling of mycoplasma, chlamydia;

(2) Disposable virus sampling tubes are used to transport nasopharyngeal swab samples or site-specific samples from the sampling site to the testing laboratory for extraction and polymerase chain reaction detection;

(3) Also used to preserve site-specific arranged samples such as nasopharyngeal swab samples or necessary cell cultures.

(5) Disposable virus sampling tubes are simple and clean in appearance and suitable for different people. And the package is easy to open and easy to use. The design of the suction rod makes it easy to break and easy to transport the sample. It is important to use disposable sterile packaging, radiation sterilization and individual packaging.

Precautions when using virus sampling tubes:

Store at room temperature and test within five days;

Do not use if sample preservation solution is found to be out of date, cloudy, or leaking.

This product is intended for trained personnel;

Gloves and mask should be worn for protection when using this product.

If the sampling swab package is found to be broken, discontinue use immediately.

Product characteristics of virus sampling tubes.

There are two types of preservation solutions: virus inactivation and non-inactivation

Flocked swabs are used for sampling swabs. Compared with traditional fiber swabs, samples are more easily intercepted by the gaps in the fiber mass, i.e., samples are permeated, diluted and left in the fibers, with superior ability to collect and release samples far better than fiber swabs.

Scope of application of virus sampling tubes.

Virus sampling tubes can be used for the detection and sampling of infectious pathogenic microorganisms by the CDC and clinical departments (can be used for nucleic acid extraction and late virus isolation of influenza virus, hand, foot and mouth disease virus, rubella and measles virus and other samples from clinical patients);

Virus sampling tubes can be used for daily testing and sampling of poultry, pigs and other animals;

Virus sampling tubes can be used for short-term storage of virus samples (2 to 8, 48 hours) for necessary cell culture;

Virus sampling tubes can be used to transport tissue sector specimens or location-specific cell and virus specimens from the sampling site to the testing laboratory for necessary cell culture.

How to use virus sampling tubes.

Indicate sample information on the label prior to sampling;

Newly collected specimens can be transported to the laboratory at room temperature;

After sampling, quickly place the swab into the virus sampling tube;

Break the swab at the break and discard the end; tighten the tube sleeve and place the virus sampling tube in the rising safety bag;

Use the sampling swab to take samples at the appropriate site according to different experimental purposes.
