Using method

①、Before sampling, mark the relevant information on the label of the sampling tube.

c), mycoplasma chlamydia, ureaplasma specimen collection

Female: wipe off the mucus of the cervical opening, insert the sampling head into the cervical canal 1-2cm for sampling, dip the collected specimen into the sampling fluid, break off the extra part and discard, screw the cap of the sampling tube.

Precautions

①、After virus collection, the -dispositive sampling swab should be completely inserted into the preservation fluid to make the virus retained to a large extent though.

②. The collected specimen must be sent for examination in time.

③. It is forbidden to use products with damaged packaging and expiration date to prevent contamination.

①、采样前，在采样管的标签上标注相关信息．

④、具体采样方法详见如下·

a)、鼻拭子 用采样头轻轻插入鼻腔内部，停留片刻后缓慢转动退出，将采集好的标本浸入冞祥液中，多出部分折断丢弃，旋紧采样管盖．

b)、咽拭子·用采样头擦拭双侧咽扁桃体及咽后壁，将采集好的标本浸入采样液中，多出部分折断丢弃，旋紧采样管盖。

c)、支原体衣原体、脲原体标本采祥

男性：用采样头插入尿道约2cm处旋转，停留片刻后退出，将采集好的标本浸入采样液中。

女性：抹去宫颈口粘液，用采样头插入宫颈管1-2cm取样，将采集好的标本浸入采样液中，多出部分折断丢弃，旋紧采样管盖。

♣、 注意事项

①、病毒采集后，应使—次性采样拭子完全插入保存液中，以使病毒虽大限度保留。

②、采集标本必须及时送检．

③、禁止使用包装破损及过有效期的产品，以防污染。

本一次性使用病毒采样管用于体外诊断，不可用于人体或动物内服外用若吞食可导致严重事件；对眼睛和皮肤有一定的刺激性，若不滇溅入眼睛即用清水冲洗。
