Relax the cheeks before spitting, rub gently for 30 seconds and spit out the saliva. Use cellular oral mucosa shedding, saliva spitting, saliva DNA sample sampling tube.

②, gently spit out the saliva secreted in the mouth to the collection port of the saliva collector, paying attention to the sampling saliva to try not to appear too much foam.

③, collect saliva knowing that the saliva in the sampling tube reaches the scale line shown in 2 ml.

④, the sampling tube with preserved liquid is fixed evenly on the sampling mouth, the fixed type will make a click sound, while if the preserved liquid flows evenly into the sampling tube, it means the cap has been closed. Otherwise, gently open the cap of the sampling tube and inject the preservation fluid evenly.

⑤. Turn the DNA saliva collector up and down, shake it fully, and confirm that the sampling is completed after the liquid reaches the 4ml scale.
