Sample requirements.

 

Collected specimens must be delivered to the laboratory within 2-8 hours and must be stored below -70°C within 48 hours of delivery to the laboratory. Specimens can be inoculated and isolated as soon as possible after delivery to the laboratory, and stored at 2°C-8°C after inoculation and isolation within 48 hours. When not immediately inoculated for isolation, please store below -70℃.

 

Storage conditions and expiration date.

 

The product must be stored in a clean, hygienic, dry and ventilated environment.

 

Temperature is 5℃~35℃ , relative humidity <85% RH

 

Product shelf life: 12 months.

 

Use method.

 

Before sampling, fill in the relevant information on the label of the sampling tube.

 

Sample the corresponding sampling swab.

 

After sampling, quickly put the swab into the sampling tube, fold the part higher than the sampling tube and tighten the cap.

 

The specific sampling method is shown below.

 

a ) Nasal swab: use the collection head to gently insert the nasal palate in the nasal tract, stay for a period of time and then slowly rotate out, immerse the collected specimen in the collection solution, many parts of the folding discarded, and tighten the collection tube cover.

 

b ) Pharyngeal swab: wipe off both sides of the pharyngeal tonsils and the posterior pharyngeal wall with the collection head, soak the collected specimen in the collection fluid, and most of them are broken and discarded, and tighten the collection tube cover.

 

c ) Mycoplasma, Chlamydia, and Ureaplasma solani specimen collection: male: insert the collection head into the urethra about 2 cm rotation, stay for a period of time and exit, and impregnate the collected specimen in the collection fluid.

Female: wipe off the cervical orifice mucus, insert the collection head into the cervical canal for 1-2cm sampling, impregnate the collected specimen in the collection fluid, most fracture and discard, and tighten the collection tube cover.

 

Precautions.

 

After the collection of pathogenic bacteria specimens, in order to retain the pathogenic bacteria as much as possible, disposable sampling swabs must be completely inserted into the preservation fluid.

 

The specimen should be collected to ensure freshness and sent for examination in time to avoid the death of pathogens.

 

The use of broken packaging or expired products to prevent contamination is prohibited.

 

Note: This disposable will virus sampling tube for in vitro diagnosis, can not be used for human or animal internal external use.
