A, blood traces

Sampling steps
1, sampling personnel wear gloves, wipe the sampled person's finger head with alcohol cotton balls (it is recommended to choose the ring finger, the pain is light), after the finger dries naturally, use the blood collection needle to lightly prick the fingertip skin surface.
2、When the blood flows out, gently wipe with prepared gauze or collection card, leaving 3-4 blood stains on its surface such as the size of a small thumb can be.
Second, hair

Sampling steps
1、Grab the root of the hair with your hand and pluck off at least 5 hairs by force (the end of the hair can be seen clearly as a hair follicle, i.e. white or black material at the root of the hair).
2、The plucked hairs were dried at room temperature for a few minutes (the freshly harvested hair follicles are sticky), and then wrapped in clean paper and put into an envelope.
3、Place the different samples separately, taking care not to touch each other, into different paper envelopes, which are clearly marked with the identity and name of the person to whom the sample belongs.
Three, oral swabs
Single-ended medical swab, clean white paper or envelope.
Sampling steps
1, holding a cotton swab, reach into the mouth, from the inside of the mouth at the buccal mucosa (the inner cheek) repeatedly wipe more than 20 times (from time to time rotate the cotton swab), remove the swab, placed on clean white paper shade dry.
2、Select a different oral cavity wall to collect the second swab in the same way, Parkson recommends that each person should extract at least three swabs.
3、Put the collected sample into an envelope or wrap it with white paper, mark the identity and name of the person to whom the sample belongs, and pay attention to place the samples of different parties separately and not in contact with each other.
Avoid touching the swab tip with your hands and rinse your mouth with water before collection. The samples collected by the above methods can be stored in a dry environment for 2-3 months.
