Collection process.

1、According to the prompt, carefully remove the collection swab from the sterile bag with the swab (hands should not touch the skimmed cotton part during the sampling process)

Precautions.

1、The method is suitable for collecting oral cell samples from people of any age group.

2、Please do not eat, smoke, drink, etc. 30 minutes before sampling to avoid contaminating the collected samples.

3、The liquid in the sampling tube should not touch the oral cavity, and the sampling swab should not be used to dip the liquid in the sampling tube before sampling; if the sampling swab accidentally dips into the liquid in the sampling tube, it cannot be used again, please use a new sampling swab for sampling.

4, sampling swab head in addition to the oral cavity, please do not touch other objects to avoid being contaminated.

Conventional fiber swabs.

Flocked swabs take 3-5 seconds to collect a sample, while cotton swabs take 15-120 seconds or longer, which causes stress on the staff during the diagnostic process. The only way to complete the collection and analysis more efficiently is to take the sample faster.
