1, oral cleaning: rinse your mouth with water once or twice.

2, pre-collection preparation: remove tube 1 (flat bottom) from the box, lightly shake up and down to make all the saline deposited in the bottom of the tube. Unscrew the cap to stand the tube on the table for backup.

3, scraping cells: remove the oral mucosa scraping spoon, reach into the oral cavity will scrape the head of the spoon with teeth part of the cheek part of the inner side of the mouth in the area between the upper and lower teeth, a little force (equivalent to the force of brushing teeth) in the direction of the front and back of the oral mucosa scraping more than ten times, then scrape the other side of the head of the spoon (do not turn the spoon) scraping the other side of the oral mucosa, scraping more than ten times.

4、Collect cells: Immerse the scraping spoon into the saline in tube 1 quickly and stir, wash the mucosal cells into the water. Lift the scraper away from the water surface, and shake the scraper for a moment to make all the water on the spoon drip into the tube. 6、Post the sample: put the No.2 tube into the paper bag of the self-sealing bag, and seal the bag tightly for testing.

Attention.

1、The solution in tube No.1 is non-toxic and harmless physiological saline. Oral mucosa scraping spoon can be used again directly without washing. Users can also be washed with water and then used.

2, the solution in the second tube is corrosive, do not dip the oral mucosa scraper into the second tube (pointed bottom tube), such incidents occur, please wash the oral mucosa scraper with water repeatedly before use.

1, oral cleaning: explain the sampling process and precautions, ask customers to rinse their mouth with water, and not to eat, drink, smoke, drink or chew gum within half an hour.

2、Preparation for sampling: put on disposable medical gloves (using the hospital standard wearing method and procedures) and open the collection box to prepare for sampling. Take out the sampling tube from the box, pull out the plug cap and insert the sampling tube into the sampling funnel.

3、Take saliva: Collect saliva into the sampling tube through the sampling funnel until the position shown on the label on the sampling tube.

Note: To ensure that the actual amount of saliva can reach the scale line, the upper layer of foam is not included, and the saliva sampling process must be completed within half an hour.

4、Save the sample: Remove the cup lid from the box, which contains the fixing solution, and screw the lid clockwise against the sampling funnel. After confirming that the cup lid is screwed tightly, turn it upside down 10 times to make saliva and fixative fully mixed, keep the cup lid on top, and place the sampling tube vertically for 5 minutes. Keep the sampling tube vertical, pull out the sampling funnel, cover the sampling tube tightly with the stopper and mix 10 times upside down.

Note: The fixing solution inside the cup lid should be clear, colorless and transparent, please discard if it is cloudy. Do not tear the plastic film inside the lid of the cup by hand.

5、Mail the sample: discard the sampling funnel and the lid of the sampling cup, put the sampling tube and the completed information into the paper bag of the self-sealing bag, and seal the self-sealing bag tightly for testing.
