(2) virus sampling tube can not be directly contacted with the sampled part of the sampled person, forbidden to soak the swab after sampling the sampled person
(3) Virus sampling tube is only used for sampling virus samples, forbidden for sampling bacterial samples, the sampling solution itself contains antibiotics to inhibit the effect of bacteria.
(4) The collection of virus samples should be carried out in strict accordance with the sampling requirements and procedures, so that the sampling site is accurate and the sampling force is balanced and suitable, otherwise it will affect the positive rate of virus isolation.
(5) Sampling with virus sampling tubes should be sent for testing as soon as possible, and can be stored at room temperature (5~35 degrees Celsius) for a short time after collection. For long-term placement should be placed at a low temperature of -80 degrees Celsius or below. (Note: H1N1 influenza virus particles are more sensitive to -20 degrees Celsius, need to be stored below -20 degrees Celsius, such as sampling after not immediately sent for testing or low-temperature storage, will affect the virus later isolation positive rate.)
