IV. [Principle of test] On the basis of Hank's, potassium chloride, magnesium chloride and calcium chloride are added to provide essential nutrient ions for pathogenic bacteria, making them more specific and longer preservation time, maintaining the morphological integrity of pathogenic bacteria to a greater extent and improving the extraction rate of pathogenic bacteria.

V. [Structure composition] consists of cotton swab and transport medium.

VI. [Sample requirements] The collected samples should be sent to the laboratory within 48 hours under 2-8. If they are not sent to the laboratory within 48 hours, they should be kept at or below -70. Samples should be inoculated and separated as soon as possible after delivery to the laboratory, and stored at 2-8 within 48 hours after inoculation and separation. if not inoculated in time, they should be stored at -70 or below.
VII. [Storage conditions and expiration date]

The product should be stored in a clean, dry and ventilated environment

The temperature is 5 ~ 35.

3. The relative humidity is less than 85% relative humidity.

4. The shelf life of the product is 12 months.

VIII. [Usage]
Before sampling, mark the relevant information on the label of the disposable virus sampling tube.
Use the corresponding sampling swab to take the sample.

After sampling, quickly put the swab into the disposable virus sampling tube, break the part above the disposable virus sampling tube, and tighten the cap.

Specific sampling methods are as follows.

(a) nasal swab: insert the sampling head gently into the nasal palate of the nasal passage, rotate slowly, stop for a minute and then withdraw, dip the collected specimen into the sampling solution, break and discard the excess, and tighten the virus sampling tube which is a good cover.

(b) pharyngeal swab: wipe the bilateral pharyngeal tonsils and posterior pharyngeal wall with the sampling head, dip the collected specimen into the sampling solution, break and discard the excess, tighten the virus sampling tube which is a good cover.

(c) Mycoplasma, Chlamydia, Mycoplasma solium sampling: male: insert the sampling head into the urethra about 2 cm, rotate, stop for a minute and then withdraw, and dip the collected specimen into the sampling solution. Female: wipe off the mucus from the cervical opening, insert the sampling head into the cervical canal for 1-2 cm sampling, immerse the collected specimen in the sampling solution, break up and discard the excess and tighten the lid of the virus sampling tube which is good.

IX. [Caution]
After collecting the pathogenic bacteria specimen, the disposable swab should be completely inserted into the preservation solution to maximize the retention of pathogenic bacteria.

Collected specimens must be fresh and sent for timely examination to avoid the death of pathogenic bacteria.
To prevent contamination, the use of broken packaging and expired products is prohibited.
